A couple of questions; Have you tried accessing these shares from another domain joined machine? Possibly one with a different operating system 7 or 10? Does this apply to all your domain controllers was not clear if you had tried more than one of if there was more than one? If there is more than one domain controller, are they all the same operating system? Have any newer operating systems been introduced as a domain controller recently?
